Coastline CrossFit ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we look after it.

What we collect
When you enquire with us (including through our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, our website, or in person) we may collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your answers to our enquiry questions (for example your fitness goals, when you'd like to start, and whether you can train with us regularly)
- If you become a member: payment and billing details (handled by our booking/payment provider), emergency contact details, and information you choose to share about injuries or health so we can coach you safely
- Photos or video taken in the gym, only where you've given permission
Why we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry, your 21-day trial and booking your first session
- To manage your membership, bookings and payments
- To coach you safely
- To send you updates and offers, only if you've agreed to receive them (you can opt out at any time)
Our lawful basis (UK GDPR)
- Legitimate interests — responding to enquiries you've made with us
- Contract — providing your trial or membership
- Consent — marketing messages, and health information you choose to share
- Legal obligation — keeping financial records
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We only share it with services that help us run the gym — for example Meta (when you submit a Facebook/Instagram form), our booking/membership software Wodify, our payment provider and our email/SMS provider. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become members: up to 12 months, then deleted
- Members: for as long as you're a member, plus up to 6 years for financial and legal records
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to us using it, or ask for a copy to move elsewhere. To do any of these, email info@coastline-crossfit.com. You can also withdraw marketing consent at any time.

Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
